What are the requirements to pass the victory road on pokemon diamond?

I have the egg my top pokemons over lv.70 except the egg. I am trying to pass the victory road for 1 year, training my pokemons but nothing! I need help! Please!

2. I also own Pokemon Diamond, and I've completed the game 99% To complete Victory Road, you have to have earned all 8 gym badges. Once you enter, I suggest you use a repel or max repel to prevent unwanted battles. Also, keep a party of Pokemon with an advantage to rock types, such as fire. Good luck on winning that game!

4. You need Waterfall HM, which you can get from Jasmine on the beach in Sunyshore City. Then again, how can you get to Victory Road without it? Also you need all 8 badges. bring Max repels, because it shortens your trip from the average 1 hour to 25 minutes. Hopet this helps
5. I've completed victory road and my pokemon were mostly in their 60s and a couple were in their 50s. If you've got all the HMs you should be able to get through. There are lots of walk throughs on the web for which route to take. Make sure you have every pokemon you can carry. Take a few repels to stop any unwanted battles. Give a cleanse tag to your first pokemon in the pary to keep away pokemon if you run out of repels. If you have one you could give a smokeball to your first party member instead, this lets it run away from any battle. Hope this helps. Good luck.

7. Lol, if you've been trying for a year, then you're definitely good enough. You just need 8 badges, then battle through Victory Road to get to the end.
8. I suggest to hatch the egg asap. HM needed is Waterfall, Surf and Rock Climb. Strength and Rock Smash should also be for in case. Well just remember where you've came from and if lost use escape rope and start over. There are guides available on www.supercheats.com just search for it.
