How do you win a technology victory in Civilization Revolution ?

It keeps telling me your game will end and the person with the highest score will win the domination victory and I need help please.!!!!!

1. You need to change the victory conditions for your game before you start if you don't want to have a win for any reason except technology advancements.
2. If you are after a tech victory you need to be heavily focused on that from the get go. Use a Civ like the Japanese, search for the ancient artifacts, build tech oriented wonders, and keep your workers on science and off of money or plain old production. If you are slick, you can also draw conflicts between the leading faction in technology with the leading faction in military. If they stay at each other's throats long enough you will be able to pull ahead. Good luck!
3. The guy above me is correct, Japan is probably the best for doing this. If it keeps telling you that message though, you're still fully capable of winning a tech vic. Your problem is that you're not doing it fast enough. You only have for so long to play, but it is an AMPLE amount of time to do any victory. You just need to keep practicing. Remember to build settlers and expand as much as possible. The more cities the more resources you have.
